Each IXTYS dress is a one-of-a-kind creation, designed and crafted with outstanding care and attention to detail. In exceptional circumstances, we may be able to accommodate a special order for the same design in your desired size. Subject to material availability, subtle adaptations to the selected fabrics may be necessary. Any such adjustments will be carefully discussed and approved with the client.

Our dresses are made in universal sizes, designed to complement a variety of body shapes. Even though, depending on your preferences, you may choose to make small adjustments for a personalized fit. We are available for consultation and guidance should you wish us to discuss potential adjustments with you or your dressmaker.

Kindly note that, due to the expensive nature of our designs, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We therefore encourage you to chose your size carefully, and we are happy to provide assistance prior your purchase.
